The Open RDF distribution was developed and tested with Delphi 2009, but may also work with previous Delphi versions for Win32. It has been released under the terms of the GNU General Public License Version 2 (GPL) and the Mozilla Public License Version 1.1 (MPL) [license details]. The Open RDF distribution needs a pre-installed Open XML Utility Library v.3.0.1 (or above) and Dynamic Controls package v.1.0.0 (or above) on your Delphi system, which is available from the Open XML Web-site.
